To mark an order as completed, it needs to located using a “Completed” station type.
By default, the POS is usually pre-configured with a station called “Completed” or “Location” that can be used to locate orders and mark them as complete.

There are two methods of locating orders:
1. Scan and Locate. This allows scanning multiple tickets to different locations.
Scan the Ticket, then scan the location. Repeat as required

2.Scan to location. This allows a location number to be entered, and then all tickets entered will be located to that location.
Enter a location number (if unsure, use location 1). Select the order entry box. Start scanning orders to be located.

A history of what you the orders located is shown at the bottom of the screen.

After an order has been located it will display as “ready” when the customer is looked up.

When a customers account is opened, ready orders are pre-selected for a quick pickup
