How do I auto close Batches

Auto Close batches

You can set it to be daily, weekly, monthly.

If you want all batch customers to auto close at the end of each day – setup like below

Setup
Settings – scheduler
Add a schedule
Daily Batch close
Frequency – Daily
Schedule – All
Tag (leave empty)
Active ON
Start Date 22/07/2021 11.55pm

If you want some customers to Autoclose at a different period – you need to setup a TAG – (Settings – TAG) –
Add a Tag – eg. Monthy Batch
Add the customers you want to close batches Monthly
Save

Then go to the scheduler

Setup
Settings – scheduler
Add a schedule
Monthly Batch close
Frequency – Monthly
Schedule – Tag
Select Tag ‘Monthly Batch’
Active ON
